New retail development housing a supermarket, a large retail unit and the conversion of an existing car showroom into a gym.

Our proposal seeks to create a modern and well considered development with a complementary mix of uses. Three units will be provided within the development in total. The existing car showroom to the north east of the site will be retained and converted into a gym and 2 new units will be created, 1 to the north-west corner of the site, housing a supermarket, and 1 to the southern section of the site, designated for retail use. The site will also incorporate designated parking and access roads within the development and areas of soft and hard landscaping.

The project is currently going through the planning process.
