A new modern and dynamic double height entrance feature, refurbished reception area and associated car parking and landscaping works.

Situated in the heart of South Manchester, Concord Business Park is within 1.5 miles of Manchester Airport. The building is currently undertaking a bespoke programme of refurbishment. The proposals are intended to be an exemplar design to inform all future redevelopment on the business park. The proposals create a modern entrance feature based on a series of frames, with varying finishes, wrapping around the refurbished entrance doors and new signage zone.
