The £55 million mixed-use scheme will include new retail, hotel, family pub, cafe space, link road and a comprehensive scheme of hard and soft landscaping.

The proposed architectural solution is the culmination of a three year design process and will deliver an exciting new landmark destination for an area of Rhyl in need of regeneration. The use of materials such as brick, timber and render throughout the scheme offers a unified approach to the phased development, ensuring that the final product reads as a whole rather than a collection of buildings.

Phase 2 is currently under construction and due for completion Summer 2019.
