Having won the competition to redevelop the site of the previous Dock Company warehouses, Browne Smith Baker were commissioned by Modus Properties to redesign a new town centre shopping scheme in Seaham. The development comprises a covered mall, 42,000 square ft supermarket and a 350 space car park.  The scheme also involves the relocation of Seaham Angling Club and Seaham Scouts into two new purpose built sites.
