On-going refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing shopping centre.

A series of proposals for the redevelopment of an existing town centre shopping development. Proposals have so far included the conversion and amalgamation of a retail unit and large vacant retail and warehouse to form new ground and first floor restaurants and a top floor gym. Further proposals include mall refurbishments comprising new shop frontages, cafe seating areas, and improved, modernised interior design.
