Project Description

New retail development for 56,500sq.ft of retail and 72,500sq.ft of industrial/Trade Counter development, with 393 associated parking spaces, service areas, landscaping and proposed vehicle and pedestrian access from Didsbury Road.

Solution

The proposal will provide a high quality mixed use development, bringing back into active use an under-utilised, brownfield site located in a sustainable location. It will deliver a much needed high quality commercial scheme that will provide retail units, industrial floorspace, tradecounters and a café/restaurant. This proposed comprehensive redevelopment would stimulate physical, economic and social regeneration and will replace the current unsightly commercial buildings.

Status

Planning permission was obtained in 2017.
