The dwellings have been carefully designed to complement each other and are arranged around a central courtyard that also provides dedicated car parking. Each dwelling has been designed to acheive Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) level 3, which includes the installation of solar panels and other active technologies to reduce energy consumption.
The project was completed in 2012.
