A new stand alone 1,100sq.ft retail unit.

The unit was designed to be light and transparent, ensuring that the existing shops were not obscured from view. The building was constructed of curtain walling and composite cladding on a steel frame. The project involved dealing with a number of complicated ownership and phasing issues.

The construction of the shell was completed in July 2013 and is now open to the public.
